A SPEEDING driver allegedly failed a drugwipe as local road officers were training up the new police recruits.
Road police cops originally stopped the 38-year-old man on the A82 in Clydebank on Wednesday after allegedly clocking him doing 68mph.

Police decided to drug test the driver who then allegedly failed for cannabis.
At the time of the stop, road police from Dumbarton were taking probationary officers through their first steps in their new roles.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
